  • Viva Women

    Women make up over half of the planet’s population, and over half of its talent. Viva Women was created to inspire and empower women to achieve their potential in Publicis Groupe. Women represent 50% of Groupe’s employees worldwide, yet less than 40% of key leadership roles. Representation in key creative and technology roles is even lower.

    Our three pillars are Career Progression, Work/Life Balance and Influence Policy, with a focus on intersectional feminism. We aim to address the specific needs of women within the Groupe, shaped around key inflection points in the year such as International Women’s Day.

  • Saatchi Diversity Task Force

    Founded in the summer of 2020 and run by volunteers across all departments, SDTF’s mission is to promote Saatchi as a progressive institution by initiating organizational development in diversity and inclusion.

    The first big successes included founding the LIFT Conference and Speaker Series, Election Awareness, Music Showcases, and Allyship with businesses helmed by members of marginalized communities.

    Taking its name from the French word for equality, Égalité is committed to Publicis’ reputation as an employer of choice for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies by promoting equality in the workplace, supporting the LGBTQ+ community,

    and helping to develop leaders who can elevate our clients’ brands within the hearts and minds of the mainstream and LGBTQ+ worlds. Égalité’s programming is focused around four pillars: advocacy, education, community outreach, and business development.

    centralized place for you to share ideas, thoughts and concerns related to parenting, especially finding a work/life balance in our post-pandemic world. We support all and strive to provide a space to share information.
